- No Objection Certificate to be obtained from the owner(s) of registered office
- Rent Agreement of the registered office should be provided if any

Maintaining books of accounts as per Indian GAAP
Where the income is more than Rs 1,20,000 or total sales, turnover or grossreceipts are more than 10,00,000 in all preceding 3 years, such profession or businesses must maintain books of accounts and other documents which may enable the Assessing Officer to calculate their taxable income as per the Income Tax Act
Bank account has to be opened for Proprietorship
There are NO compliances
If turnover is less than 20 lacs, then there is no need to get GST registration
If GST registration done, then need to comply will all the return formalities
If turnover exceeds INR 1 Cr. in case of a business or INR 50 Lakh in case of a profession, is required to get its books of accounts tax audited
